Refund Policy

Online Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days from receiving your items to request a return. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be damaged, faulty or do not match the product description. We do not accept returns for anything other than these 3 reasons. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if there is any issues.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will then let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

In Store Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days for the day you purchase your items in store to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be damaged, faulty or do not match the product description. We do not accept returns for anything other than these 3 reasons. Please inspect your items before purchasing to ensure they are in good condition. After purchasing, if you notice the items are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. To start a return, please contact us via admin@heyspecialstars.co.uk or visit us in store. Proof of purchase is required for any refunds or exchanges.

All in shop purchases will need to be returned to the shop for a refund or exchange, we do not provide any shipping labels or cover the cost of returning items if the purchase was made in the shop.

Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items and personal care goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
